On behalf of our client – European software development company – recruiting company MindHunt is looking for
Senior Microsoft Dynamics NAV Tester
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reading through all software development documents to understand what needs to be tested
- Planning of tests / reviewing of test plans
- Prioritization of testing activities
- High and low level effort estimations for testing tasks
- Communications with client, team members and sales
- Test automation using appropriate tools and scripting
- Testing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2, 2015, 2016, 2017
- Testing on Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2016 and later with Transact-SQL (T-SQL) / SQL
- Testing on other technologies as needed
- Version control / bug tracking on Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- Test results documentation / reporting, including severity and priority for defects
- Ensuring the developed software customizations quality e.g. by use of defined test processes
- Technical documentation on Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word related to developed functionalities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL queries
- Prior experience with retail industry is beneficial
- Good oral and written English skills
