Job: Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Lviv office. This role will be responsible for communicating with our carriers and assisting them with any payment-related questions.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all PLS carriers
• Communicate with carriers via phone and email and use a variety of software tools to navigate carrier accounts
• Provide payment status updates to carriers per their requests
• Analyze payment issues/delays and identify the root cause of the problem
• Work closely with other departments where applicable to resolve payment issues
• Escalate issues until resolution and communicate the solution back to the carrier

Minimum Requirements:

• PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred), good typing skills
• Communication and organizational skills, good soft skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Advanced English level
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service
• Previous experience in a call-center environment will be an advantage
• Previous experience communicating with English native-speakers will be a PLUS
