We are looking for a Track and Trace Operator for our growing Lviv office. This role will be responsible for contacting carriers to get status updates on loads for our largest customers (well-known international companies) and ensure on-time pick-up and delivery.
Summary of the essential job functions:
- Communicate with carriers via phone and email to get updates on the load status and to ensure it is picked up/delivered on time
- Confirm Pickups and Deliveries in the system
- Notify appropriate parties of any issues
- Provide 24/7 coverage which includes additional afterhours responsibilities, e.g. Carrier Management duties (setting up new carriers and insurance updates) scheduling pickups, and afterhours issues
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred), good typing skills
- Communication and organizational skills, good soft skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Advanced English level
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a call-center environment will be an advantage
- Previous experience communicating with English native-speakers will be a PLUS
