Job: Planning & Control

Data and information Collection from various units in the organization (Marketing & Sales; R&D) for the purpose of formulating org. work plans.

Leading cross organizational processes such as “customer interfaces” to have unified “way of working” in handling customers.

Establish a plan to Ensure system production OTD (On Time Delivery).

Ensure smooth and cost-efficient flow of production operations activities.

Responsibilities

Working with different units in the organization (M&S; R&D) to synchronize all data needed for building an integrative organizational Work Plans.

Coordinating the process of preparation, monitoring, updating, maintenance, and implementation of work plans.

Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and OTD.

Improving control and monitoring based on:

Schedule control

Budget control

Quality Control

Documentation and documents in projects.

Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

Reporting exceptions and updating plans accordingly.

Implementation of methodological methods, data collection and processing processes

Reporting to the COO

Proven experience as planner

Excellent knowledge of planning and control principles

Working knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems and Project

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills.
