You will have the opportunity to own the development and execution of our ABM programs from scratch and to create a big impact on the business.
We are looking for a hands-on, self-starter, experienced B2B marketer with a good understanding of designing customer journeys, understanding personas, and audience segmentation. You’ll also bring to the table the ability to project management, analytical skills, the ability to collaborate, and also work independently.
What will you be doing:
Define Account-Based Marketing strategy and execution planning, encompassing our ABM tools.
Perform research to find high-value accounts to target as well as spend time developing growth strategies from their findings.
Learn the target market’s pain points and dive deep into their niche.
Develop specific ABM metrics to measure the performance of current programs.
Partner closely with BDR and sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment.
Meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top target account list, and accelerating existing opportunities.
Use intent data from various sources to build and scale your ABM plan.
3+ years experience in SaaS B2B marketing, designing end-to-end customer journeys, understanding personas, use cases, messaging, audience segmentation, and demand gen.
Experience in practicing account-based marketing
Oral and written fluency in English.
Familiar with ABM tools like: 6sense/Demandbase/Terminus/Triblio.
Familiar with enrichment tools, preferably Zoominfo.
CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Salesforce and Marketo
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical with a data-driven mentality and experience reporting results to all cross-functional stakeholders.
