The senior Retention Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing our daily
engagement and retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis.
Primary responsibility is maximizing retention opportunities within our global affiliate websites.
Lead onboarding of new CRM platform to ensure customer data meets companies' KPI,
Managing our customers across different segments according to their retail behaviors, like
A/B tests various email campaigns.
Work closely with the CMO to develop a clear CRM strategy.
3+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in HTML, CSS
Strong background in customer conversion, retention, and win-back strategies
Must be result-driven and analytical with solid excel skills.
Able to create data insights and use them to develop actionable tasks/campaigns with a
passion for marketing, user experience, and optimization
