KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable Ukrainian law school

- 4+ years of professional experience in a law firm or on corporate side

- Practical knowledge of corporate and commercial law, banking and finance law, regulatory and compliance matters

- Fluency in legal English is a must

- Computer literacy

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Advising both legal entities and individuals on corporate, commercial and regulatory law matters

- Preparation of corporate documents and bylaws, review and drafting contracts of various types

- Counselling on international corporate law and corporate governance, currency regulation and financial monitoring

- Conducting legal research and investigation
