International Sales Manager – Global Markets (LATAM Focus)

A fast-growing, innovative company based in Tel Aviv is looking for a strategic and results-driven International Sales Manager to expand our global footprint, with a strong focus on Latin America.



We’re hiring a results-oriented, strategic International Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across global markets — with a special focus on Latin America.


In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and execute international sales strategies, manage distributor relationships, and lead a team to drive consistent revenue growth. If you’re passionate about expanding into new markets, closing complex deals, and building long-term partnerships — we want to meet you.


What You’ll Do


✅ Lead sales initiatives across Latin America and other key markets

✅ Manage international distributors and strategic partners

✅ Identify new business opportunities and close B2B/B2C deals

✅ Analyze market trends and drive data-informed strategy

✅ Represent the company globally (travel involved)

What We’re Looking For:


???? 3–5 years in international sales (B2B/B2C)

???? Native Spanish + High-level English (Portuguese = strong plus)

???? Strong negotiation, relationship-building & presentation skills

???? Leadership experience in global sales teams

???? Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
