Job: Project Manager

         An up-and-coming design studio that works with international, groundbreaking technology companies across the USA, Israel, and Europe is looking for a Creative Project Manager.

• Strong project management expertise

• A good eye for aesthetics and solid understanding of the design and web development process

• Advanced spoken and written English

• Act as the primary contact and coordination point between clients, design and development teams, and third parties — from kickoff through delivery

• Collaborate with the internal team on creative projects ranging from website design to video production

• Work with clients to clarify functional requirements and gather technical specifications

• Create and maintain project documentation

• Partner with management to prepare project proposals

• Take full ownership of day-to-day account activities

• Oversee daily and weekly project tracking to ensure timely and on-budget delivery

• Inspire the team to generate innovative ideas and contribute to high-quality outcomes

• Direct, manage, and collaborate with team members and freelance partners

• Hands-on project management experience

• Experience in a creative agency or visual marketing is a plus

• Ability to scope new projects thoroughly and create structured documentation

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency with PM tools (Jira or similar software)

• Strong understanding of the full web development and design lifecycle, platforms, and tools

• Ability to work confidently both autonomously and as part of a team
