We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist, LTL for our Lviv office. This role will be responsible for communicating with our LTL carriers and assisting them with any payment-related questions.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all PLS LTL carriers
- Communicate with carriers via email, use a variety of software tools to navigate carrier accounts
- Manage and monitor LTL carrier accounts (payment status), following up with the billing and operations teams on non-payment issues
- Process LTL carrier statements/aging reports with all current and past due invoices to ensure carriers get paid on time
- Provide detailed payment information on all requested carrier invoices
- Provide explanations to the carrier about balance due loads and the reasons for loads being short paid
Minimum Requirements:
- PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP formula)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced English level
- Strong English communication skills; clear and professional written English
- Effective problem-solving skills – ability to identify the root cause of the issue
- Analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service
- Experience communicating with English native-speakers will be a PLUS
