For our Client, one of the largest foreign retailers in Ukraine, we are looking for Commercial property manager in Ukraine.

JOB DESCRIPTION

o   Market and lease out of retail/trade space in Ukraine

·        Steer marketing activities and close rental agreements

·        Letting and Tenant Management

o   Realize value potentials for commercial assets of company countrywide

o   Perform Project Management for key value creation projects:

·        Optimization of leased space and tenant mix including rental contract (re-) negotiation

·        Utilization strategies and rental concepts for available store space

·        Utilization and development concepts for available land

·        Investment, divestment or development strategies

o   Real Estate Data Management, Risk Management

o   Preparation of investment proposals

o   Close cooperation with a national and international team

o   Productive interaction with external stakeholders (e.g. real estate advisors, legal & tax consultants, developers, commercial partners, government institutions)

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

o   Track record in retail letting in Ukraine

o   Minimum 3 years of experience in related areas such as

·        Real Estate Asset Management

·        Architecture / Real Estate Development /Civil Engineering

·        Real Estate Agency

o   Good understanding of managing commercial real estate assets

o   Project Management experience

o   Deep knowledge of Ukrainian real estate markets and a good understanding of the applicable contracts, laws, and regulations

o   Working languages are Ukraine and English
