The project is a field service management application. It involves order processing, job dispatching, dashboards, powerBI and various integrations.
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience working as a Manual Quality Assurance Engineer;
- strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools
- experience working closely with development and business teams to
communicate impact and understand business requirements;
- experience in frontend testing (HTML, CSS knowledge, UX/UI testing
approach);
- experience in backend testing (DB, API testing);
- being self-driven, take ownership of initiatives and make pragmatic
technical decisions;
- experience or understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology;
- good spoken/written English.
Responsibilities:
- work closely with the product team to develop and execute manual test
strategies for new features and existing functionality;
- frontend and backend testing collaboration with engineers to analyze test
failures and continuously improve the robustness of existing test suites;
- advocate for best engineering quality practices and foster a culture of
pride around delivering quality software;
- act as one of the main representatives for all Quality Management
activities for Project Teams.
