Location:
Israel, Tel Aviv
looking for a service and operational processes engineer. The role includes responsibility for the technical service support activities and overall processes that are related to production, development, and service.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead customer technical service issues & complaints
Evaluate and resolve customer related technical support issues
Support product installations
Maintain product manuals and technical documentation
Processes:
Maintain and support manufacturing processes and technical documentation
Lead ECO & CAPA processes
Work closely with:
Internal - QA/RA, Operations and R&D department
External – Customers, suppliers and sub-contractors
Requirements:
BSc. Preferably in Mechanical Engineering
At least 2 years proven experience in engineering/manufacturing/service environments of multi-disciplinary products
Understanding and knowledge of relevant regulations and standards: FDA QSR, ISO 13485, MDD/MDR
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Hebrew
Experience in Medical Device companies - significant advantage
