Have at least 3 years experience in Delphi development• Have good portfolios of application that has been built by yours.• Able to write clean and well-documented code.• Good interpersonal skill, self motivated, creative, quick learner, and result oriented.Technical Skills• Proficient in using Delphi 2007 / Delphi XE2.• Experience develop application using third party such Development Express, TMS, Jedi, DAC etc.• Good understanding of RDBMS using MySQL• Experience with version control software such SVN is a plus
