For a large customer service center in Athens, we are recruiting multilingual speakers: English, Italian, German, to handle incoming calls, as well as chat, social media, and email communication with customers or people interested in learning more about new products.

**Responsibilities:**

- Resolve customer inquiries, provide support on technical issues, and offer information about products.

- Advise on products and guide customers through online store purchases.

- Stay updated on new products, marketing initiatives, and changes in policy/regulations.

- Deliver excellent customer experience.

**Prerequisites:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent knowledge of Italian (both spoken and written).

- Good English skills.

- Computer literacy (MS Windows, web applications, etc.).

- Positive thinking and pleasant personality.

- Willingness to train and learn new skills, integrity, and passion for learning.

- Responsibility when handling sensitive information.

- Previous work experience in a similar customer service role is considered an advantage.
