Practical experience in commercial IT projects as BA 2+ years
Practical experience in different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile(Scrum, Kanban))
Practical experience in different documentation types creation (SRS, User Stories, Use Cases)
Requirements management (acc. to requirements quality criteria)
Knowledge in task management tools (Jira, Confluence, Redmine)
Strong skills in information research and analysis
Strong communication skills

Understanding of crypto/fintech domain
Requirements modeling (diagrams, models, prototypes creation)

Interact with stakeholders to conduct elicitation process, present proposed solutions, manage change requests and process feedback
Plan and conduct requirements analysis and design definition, prepare specifications and other artifacts (presentation, guides, release notes, etc.)
Participate in the development process as a business analyst, starting with roadmap processing and prioritization to validation and demos, to support both the team and the client
