Responsibilities & Duties

As a member of company’s management team, you are responsible for the smooth delivery of all projects in your portfolio. That might include:

• Development of the strategy, architecture and technical design for all solutions in the portfolio
• Ensuring efficiency of the development process, verification of all deliverables of your team
• Prototyping and implementation of most critical components
• Regular communication with client(s), gathering feedback, detecting business opportunities and ensuring the value of the portfolio
• Regular and structured reporting to the management team

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead
• 6+ years in development of enterprise grade software (Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, .Net, Go) in a corporate environment, deep knowledge of Azure is a solid plus
• Knowledge of technological and management trends to build strategy
• Initial understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to conduct technological analysis and research
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and organizational abilities, problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent English (written and spoken), German is a solid plus
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
