Role involves supporting business strategy and decisions, driving financial performance, enabling continuous improvement in finance processes, and leading financial governance.
Key responsibilities include: providing analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions; having accountability for financial forecasts accuracy and challenging cost drivers; leading financial planning process and target-setting; preparing insightful performance reporting; identifying process improvement opportunities in finance; communicating governance and compliance standards; leading risk management processes.
Measures and objectives include: delivering on finance scorecards and planning requirements; getting feedback from finance network and business partners; producing quality analysis to support decisions; timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements include: qualified finance professional; experience in finance business partnering and with financial systems to support decisions; strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
Desirable to have pharma experience and understanding of drug development lifecycle and commercial aspects.
